De Resident, an office building for two Dutch governmental ministries required a balustrade system for the elevated platform in its atrium.

The space, which measures 70 metres in length and is raised above ground, features a tree-lined walkway connecting the first levels of the two buildings.

An extensive glass balustrade system was supplied, creating a vast open space to be enjoyed from a variety of positions.
