Plaster is prone to cracking and scratching, and its surfaces are rarely perfectly seamless, especially at the edges where it meets other materials. The EeSoffit™ overcomes these issues by providing a much smoother surface with superior geometric and edge accuracy, particularly on curved stairs. Additionally, EeSoffit™ requires less maintenance and offers greater longevity compared to traditional plaster.

No, the EeSoffit™ is not difficult to apply. It is factory-prepared by EeStairs as part of our carefully controlled on-site stair manufacturing and installation process, ensuring a precise and efficient application.

We can apply any specified RAL color to the soffits, including finishes such as matte, satin, or gloss. These finishes are not only visually appealing but also durable, maintaining the quality of the EeSoffit™ surface over time.
